FoodLoose Limited is a Community Benefit Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (RS8649).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from the FoodLoose website. Accessing, browsing or using this website in any way indicates that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time, without the need to notify our customers.

Safety Warning: 

Cleaning and personal care refill products will include an ingredient list and should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Allergen Advice:

While we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination, all products from FoodLoose are packed and stored in an area which has the following allergens: sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, milk, celery seeds and mustard. So, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any products we sell contain none of these allergens.

Out of Stock:

On the rare occasion a product may be sold which is not in stock. When this occurs, a refund or suitable substitution may be offered with prior notice.

Multiple Orders:

FoodLoose will consolidate orders placed within the same dispatch period into one collection/delivery. 

Incorrect Delivery Details:

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If you notice that you have provided the incorrect or incomplete details please contact us as soon as you can.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

Privacy:
